Cookie policy
We only use cookies that are needed for the website and the platform to work, or to remember a choice you made. No analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and no cookies from other parties on our own pages. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.
1. This website
| Name | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| rhq_site_lang | Remembers the language you chose (only set when you choose) | 1 year |
2. The RecruiterHQ platform (app.recruiterhq.app)
| Name | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| rhq_s | Keeps you signed in (secure, not readable by scripts) | 12 hours |
| rhq_locale | Remembers your language | 1 year |
The platform also remembers a few display choices in your browser's local storage, for example whether you view candidates as a board or a list. This stays on your device.
3. Careers pages and candidate portal
| Name | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| rhq_cs | Keeps a candidate signed in to their portal (secure, not readable by scripts) | 7 days |
| rhq_locale | Remembers your language | 1 year |
4. Other parties
When a customer pays, the payment page is shown by Stripe on its own website, with Stripe's own cookies (see Stripe's cookie policy). Fonts are hosted by us, so loading a page doesn't contact other parties.
5. Your choice
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Without the sign-in cookies you can't use the platform or the candidate portal.
